Majors- Majors is for eligible players age 10-12. Majors is the oldest and most experienced division at Bayside. All players wishing to play in Majors must attend an evaluation and be drafted to a team.  Players in this age group must show a proficient knowledge of the game and skill level to compete at the highest level of play at Bayside. All players that are league age 12 will be drafted to a majors team. Only players league age 10-11 that show they are ready will be drafted to a Majors team. If they are not drafted they will be drafted to a Texas division team.

Texas- Texas is for eligible player 10-11 and is the stepping stone to Majors. All players in this age group will attend an evaluation and placed on a team through a draft.

Rookie- Rookie is the first year of kid pitch for eligible players age 8-9. This is an introductory and instructional level of play while still a competitive division. All players will attend an evaluation and be placed on a team through a draft.

Machine Pitch AAA- Machine pitch AAA is for eligible  players age 7-8. This is the final and most exciting year of machine pitch. All players will attend an evaluation and be placed on a team through a draft. Any 7 year old players that do not show a proficient skill level and knowledge of the game will be drafted to a AA team.

Machine Pitch AA- Machine pitch AA is the first year of machine pitch. This is an introductory and educational division. Players at this age will begin to better understand the game. Score is kept and there is a winner/loser of each game but this division is considered less competitive as we want the players to focus on learning the skills of the game. There is no evaluation or draft at this age. Coach and player request are allowed but are not guaranteed.

Teeball/Coach Pitch- Teeball/Coach pitch is for player age 4-6.  This is the introductory level to baseball at Bayside. The focus is on learning the fundamentals of the game such as hitting, throwing, catching and running. We encourage players that are 6 and have played a year of teeball or coach pitch to move up to Machine Pitch AA. Teeball players will bat though the line up where as coach pitch will begin to learn the concepts of inning and have 3 outs or 5 runs. There is no evaluation or draft at this age. Coach and player request are allowed but are not guaranteed.

Challenger- Challenger is a division for our players with special needs.

50/70- 50-70 Is a division for eligible players age 11-13 that offers a transition for players between the standard Little League field size (46-foot pitching distance and 60-foot base paths) and the Junior/Senior field size (60-foot, 6-inch pitching distance and 90-foot base paths). Players will pitch from a 50ft distance and have 70ft base paths. Players have 1 game a week on Sundays. Players do have the option to dual roster which means they can play on both a majors team and a 50/70 team.
